Our Mission

Trinity Wellness Emporium opened in February of 2018, to support and foster the sense of mindfulness and peace in the surrounding community.  We use intuitive yoga to help working moms manage nagging pains and tame anxiety so they can feel peaceful and at ease in the face of stress.  Trinity Wellness Emporium  provides a healing, supportive and friendly environment through yoga, meditation, Reiki, crystals and much more.

    • Our Yoga Teacher Training is both a HYBRID & ONLINE Live Learning to accommodate busy lifestyles.

    • QA Sessions will begin TBD ; click hyperlink below to learn more & register.

    • If you prefer a private training for YTT, register for one of the QA Sessions, we can discuss in further detail.  Please note, private Yoga Teacher Trainings are $275 more and do not receive an early bird discount. because we are creating a schedule that is designed to fit your schedule and falls outside of the group schedule.
